Apple Cider Dressing/Marinade
3/4 cup Vegtable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tblsp sugar
2 Tblsp Primo's Seasoning (we use original)
1/2 tsp black peper
Primo's Fiesta Dressing
1 cup milk ( sour cream to make thick dip)
1 cup Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp mix with milk let sit 24 hours to thicken
We like this on taco salad or any salad or try with buttermilk.
Nacho Cheese Sauce
lightly brown two to three tbsp of flour in 1 tbsp oil
add 1&1/2 cups milk slowly as you stir and thicken
add 1-2 tablespoons Primo's Salsa seasoning then stir in 1 cup favorite cheese and melt
Cool & Creamy Hot Sauce
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
2-3 tbsp mix
Great on fish tacos with any fish, (we've used frozen ) jack cheese, fine chopped cabbage/ lettuce avocado, lime juice, and of course Primo's Salsa
Primo's Salsa Spicey 1000 Island ( Louie )
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Tblsp Primo's Seasoning
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tblsp Brown sugar
Great with fish, any fish, as a cocktail suace. Taco salad or any salad as a zesty dressing
Primo's Salsa ColeSlaw Dressing
2 Tblsp Primo's Seaning (we use Original)
3/4 cup Mayo
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Vegteble Oil
3 Tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tblsp Sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
pour over finely chopped cabbage should cover a head but depends on your taste
